Shipping Policy

All ROBSY merch is made to order, which means every item is printed or embroidered specifically for you after you place your order.

Production time: 2-5 business days
US shipping: 3-7 business days after production
International shipping: 7-20 business days after production (varies by country)

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving the notification.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or size preference. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.

We will replace or refund items that:

• Arrive damaged or defective
• Have a significant print/embroidery error
• Are the wrong item entirely

To request a replacement, email shop@robsymusic.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
