Refund policy

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or size preference. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. We will replace or refund items that: - Arrive damaged or defective - Have a significant print or embroidery error - Are the wrong item entirely To request a replacement, email shop@robsymusic.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
